The main aim of the project is that students communicate with people of the same age to discover cultural and historical features of two cities using ICT resources. Students will be given 8 landmarks from their hometown. They will get into groups and choose one per group and record a 5-minutes video in which they explain its main features and other relevant information about it. 
Each group will share their video with the twin group from the other country, so that they can write a multiple-choice listening test on it for the rest of the groups.
In the end of the project, every school will have eight videos with their corresponding listening test that will show the most important features of the twin town. There will be a session in which all the students watch these videos and take the listening tests. Besides, every group will give a “three-stars-and-a-wish” assessment to their twins.
As an extension, all those listening materials can be used as listening activities for other levels in the school.

1st STEP.  GETTING IN TOUCH

You will be given 8 landmarks from Barcelona. You will get into teams and choose landmark per team. You group will be paired with another team form Turkey/Italy. Once you know your twin team every member of the group has to contact the members of your corresponding teams and share with them.
-A short personal profile giving your personal data and a short reference to your hobbies and/or preferences.
-A short description of the monument you have to work
-A personal greeting expressing your interest in this common project..
You will create a role card representing you as a short introduction to the members of the other teams. Use the following link

2nd STEP. RESEARCH ON YOUR MONUMENT

Once you know the landmark you have to start a short research on your monument to prepare the script. You must fill in the script provided individually, all the members of the team must be aware of the information about the monument
